GRIFFITHS AND CO.'S REPORT. Messrs. E. Griffiths nnd Co. are in receipt of the follow.og market report from their London principals, Messrs. Mills and Sparrow, dated April 23rd:— Butter. Danish. —Xo change ill prices. Siberian.—Quotations remain the same. Quality is above the average. Some dairies open up particularly fine, and are really cheap in comparison with other butters. French.—Agents are anxious to get buyers on to these, as the quantity will rapidly increase. Prices have been reduced Od per dozen on ununited rolls, 4s per cwt. on salt baskets, ami as per ewt. on imsalted. Australian.—The s.s. Ortona has arrived, and the smell from the apples has again got into the butter chamber. Tu; damage is in this instance only slight. Market is steady for the finest.' Xew Zealand.—Finest is steady and clearing, but brands indifferent in flavor are neglected. Cheese. Xew Zealand.—A steady consumptive demand. Colored is not quite so firm in price as wheri last advised.
