CLIAIATiC DISTURBANCES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cliristchuich, Last Night. Interviewed to-night, Air. Clement Wragge said the disturbance "iluddo," at present on its way between Tasmania and New Zealand, was certain to cause very heavy weather iu the Tasinun Sea, and when it strikes New Zealand it will ullect Ue whole of the Dominion. Ngnta,' another disturbance, should arrive on the 13th.
THE MiLLEKS' ASSOCIATION'. Christchurch, Last Night. A reporter this morning interviewed Air. Henry Wood, the newly-appointed chairman of lj„. Xew Zealand Flour -Millers Association, with regard to the agreement which forms the basis of tile Association. Said Air. Wood: "We exlied to overcome our little difficulties, but when, 1 cannot tell von just now. There are a number of negotiations to lie gone through, and it is impossible to say just now when the agreement will be finally completed."

Expensive " bulletins" will bo stopped and the field stall's reduced without materially affecting the scope of the survey.
