NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. At a meeting of the council of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association to-night, the secretary reported that no reply had 'been received from W. G. Atack, who had been asked to forward the 'hooks and documents of the Association, which were in the possession of the old council in Ohristchurc4. it was resolved that the chairman, secretary and Mr. Larkin be instructed to take legal opinion a s' to the steps to Ibe taken to recover the moneys and documents of the Association now in the hands of the old council, and that they take action accordingly, without calling a further meeting.
