A UUAKDS' MATCH. On .Monday the Guards tired a maU'li. first eight v. second eight, the seconds being conceded 20 points, the loseis .-i pay for a dinner. The principal onject of this mat«li was to help the company selectors to pick the eight men to represent the corps in champion teams' shoot on the 3rd June next. The top scores' of tlie day were Private King and Corporal Bent, with 00 each, one possible being put on at 500 yds by Private King. Following are the scores;—
