The Napier Rifle Volunteer Rifle Club competed to-day in the Daily Mail Empire Day Clip competition, and although without the services of some of their prominent allots, compiled an aggregate of 740, or an average of 92% per man for the team of eight. Masterton, Last Night. In the Daily Mail shooting match at l'apawai to-day, Opaki Rille Club totalled 71 for eight men. The conditions were very unfavorable, the light ucwur very changeable and the wind squally.
