THE POSITION IN NATAL. Received 24, 10.20 p.m. London, May 24. A Johannesburg correspondent say's the agitation in Natal against the union is causing anxiety. The agreement with Mozambique caused dissatisfaction among the railway employees, and the result was the strike. "Apprehension is also felt In the civil service owing to the dismissal of some inspectors in Orangia, and it is' likely that influence enough will be brought to bear on voters to make Natal's referendum uncertain.
