By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. • Following is Re*. D. C. Bates' genera l weather forecast: Unsettled and cloudy weather probable for several days. The present gloomy and humid condition*, heralding a disturbance from the north with heavy rain in parts, and the Antarctic disturbance now crossing Taaniania, will shortly follow in ju former principally affectm* the Xort'h Island and the 'latter the South. The immediate prospect is for stroiig northerly winds, with mild tem perature and rain north of Sew lrv mouth and Napier, and for southerly winds elsewhere, probably with rain and fog.
