By Telegraph.—Press Associatian. Wellington, Last Night. Following is' Kev. D. C. Bates' general ■weather forecast:—High westerly winds are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, with a slolwly falling barometer and unsettled weather. Rain and heavy westerly winds, with a further fall in the barometer, probable elsewhere. ■ Expect hijih tides and heavy seas on the West Coast south of Kawhia.
