AUSTRALIAN CHAMPIONSHIPS. Received 10, 4.30 p.m. Brisbane, May 10. The champion sculling race resulted: Towns (New South Wales) 1; Richards (Victoria) 2; Dinpis (Queensland) 8. Won easily. Time, 10%inin. The eight-oared race resulted:—Tasmania 1, Victoria 2, Xew South Wales 3. A great race between the first two crows.' The race was rowed in heavy rain, Queensland being first away, but Tasmania assumed, the lead after a (|uarter of a mile, and rowing grandly, led to the finish, winning by a hare length from Victoria.
