The teams met for dinner at the close of the match, when speeches were made by Captain .Mackay and Mr. Sangster (Stratford) Lieutenant Boon responding for the Guards. GUARDS v. WAITARA RIFLES. A match was fired on the Waittira range between the Waitara liifies ,nd a second team of the Guards, resulting in an easy win for the Guards.
