| christciu'rcii North electors I AND THE PREMIER. ! By Telegrapli.—Press Association. Christchurch, Thursday. A deputation of Christchurch North electors waited upon Sir Joseph Ward to-day and assured him they were in perfect accord with the Dreadnought oiler. An electors they felt indigtiaat that the member recently elected to represent them should have sent the obnoxious cable to Mr. Asquith, Premier of Great Britain. One member said Mr. laylor was not disloyal but a blunderer, and could not help it, Sir Joseph A\md expressed appreciation of the sentiments so eloquently expressed. 4 1
