By Telegraph.—Press Associatim. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Rev. D. C. Bate*' weather forecast to 3 p.m. tomorrow:— Moderate to strong southerly winds arc probable over flip North Tslaand, with lair weather in all parts, except on the JJast Coast, where the condition should, however, improve. The barometer is rising steadily over the North Inland. Westerly winds are increasing over tlto SoatW Islanad for a probable change, anfl a fall in barometie pressure in the southern districts.
