IN BANKRUPTCY.
" By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, Wednesday. At a meeting of creditors of W: G. Sommerville, solicitor, bankrupt presented a statement setting fortli that his unsecured debts totalled £3078, and his secured debts £21,380. Debtor estimated the securities against these debts to be worth £12,500 more than the debts spewed, and the surplus on the whole estate at £11,834. He said the state of the money market prevented him selling his properties and realising his securities; also of causing his creditors to press for payment. The meeting appointed a committee to investigate his property transactions'.
