The Daily Mail's Constantinople colniipondent states that Che/kcth's decision that the Government must goveri without the interference of an irresponsible committee is causing friction among the Young Turks. Hilmi Pasha is O'liefketh's choice. Tjw Young Turks desire l'erid, while the Grand Vizier and Sultan prefer Muktar, late Ottoman Commissioner to Egypt.
A NEWSPAPER'S CHARGE.
Received May 10, 11.58 p.m. Constantinople, May 10. The Ottoman Lloyd, a German newspaper at Constantinople, is accusing the British Foreign Office and Preqs of supporting the recent reactionary revolution.
