London, May 9. The Hoard of Trade returns ior Aprfl show that imports increased by 207, that exports' decreased by £1,7if1,880, and that re-exports increased by C 1.857,772. The improvement in Imports is due partly to the advance in prices, especially In wheat, and partly to the lorger imports of wool, cotton and' certain other articles on the eVO of the Budget.
