By Telegraph.—Press Assoeialien. Wellington, Last Night. Following-is Rev. Bates' general weather forecast:—Expect strong westerly winds', with unsettled and cloudy weather everywhere. The westerly winds, which have moderated to-dav. and in the South Island gone more to the south, will probably go back aiain to the northward, and strengthen, with a further fall ia the barometer after 10 hours.
