Teheran, April 110. Russian forces ill Persia number 10,000. A detachment with supplies and field pieces has entered Tabriz. The Shall has dismissed tile l'rnno Minister and the Minister for War, and has given both portfolios to his uncle Xaibeasultaneh, an incorrigible reactionary. British and Russian Ministers have informed the Shah of their strong disapproval. If their representations are unanswered by Sunday they will Iw compelled to request another audience.
