BOWLING.
On the New Plymouth green yesterday a very enjoyable match was played between the four rinks which represented the club on the Auckland tour at Easier and another fftur, rinks. Tin* "rest" beat the touring team by 13 points. The t'ilzroy Bowling Club secured an afternoon's bowling entertainment yesterday fro progressive bowling tournament for prizes presented by Mr. Gin Lindstrom. Messrs A. Avery and E. Dingle were (he winning pair, and ill the play-oil' the former won.
