CIVIL SERVICE REORGANISATION
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Last Night. The Prime Minister informed a reporter to-day that the Valuation Department is to he merged with the Land -and Income-Tax Department. Mr. P. Heycs will take over tlie position of Valuer-General in addition to his present duties.
