Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:—Moder-ate to strong easterly winds are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and rising northerly winds elsewhere. Barometer will fall steadily and probably fast in the South after 10 hours for very unsettled weather. Fin e generally in the meantime.
