Bates' weather forecast t0.3 p.m. to-morrow:— Moderate to strong south-east winds arc probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, and increasing northerly winds elsewhere, with barometer falling slowly north of New Plymouth and Napier, and more rapidly elsewhere after 12 hours; line Aveather probable generally.
