At a meeting of ilie llawera C hainbei of Commerce Friday, Mr. Xuhler raid that a* other Chambers had passed resolutions approving oi New Zealand s Dreadnought, he thought it would h<» only showing good taste if the llawera Chamber were lo do the same. Hp moved: "That recognising the imperative necessity of Kngland maintaining, its naval supremacy in order to keep our trade routes, and to ensure the safety of our seaborne commerce, this Council expresses its entire approval of Sir Joseph WardVapirited and timely olfer of assistance to the Home dovprmnent.' The motion was carried unanimously.
