A MURDER GANG.

XOUMEAN MURDERERS FINISHED. Sydney, April 22. A series of crimes have been brought to light at Noumea by the trial of a number of persons for the murder of three men in the nickel districts of Pmicmboul and Kone. Two of the victims were shot while their grass huts were set on lire; Hie third was shot on the road. The object was to get possession of money. One of the leaders, who is the chief assassin of it band, was an Arab German, lie was shot dead by a gendarme. Arrighi, a Corsicai!, was sentenced to death, whilst Santa Oroce, who planned the crimes, and Crimaqiu were sentenced tu twenty years and ten years respectively. A woman named l'oisin was sentenced to five years.
