THE FUNERAL OBSEQUIES. . ' Jd Received 21, 0.10 p.a. Sydney, April 21. \ The funeral obsequies of the late Primate were most impressive and ij solemn. ■ A service was held in St. Andrew* , Cathedral. There was * packed eongre-,, gation, embracing large numbers of , clergymen, including many of other denominations, besides Anglican. Thou»-' amis of people gathered outside the Cathedral and watched the long proces. sion, along the route to Waverlcy cemetery. It was estimated that 10,000 as- j scmuled in the cemetery. The Arc!- <•_ bishop of Melbourne and the Bishop of '* Goulbouru officiated at the grave. There . was an immense number of beautiful * floral offerings.
