J HEREBY give public notice that the Elections of Mayor and Councillors for the Borough of New Plymouth will he held on WEDNESDAY, the 28th day of April, instant, and I hereby appoint the Town Hall, King Street, New Plymouth, as the place, and WEDNESDAY, the 21st day of April, as the time for the nomination of Candidates. Three Councillors are to be elected for each of the three wards of the Borough, viz., the Eastern, Central and Western Wards..
