A notice to occupiers of factories and shops is inserted by Mr. 11. Willis, Inspector of Factories. Messrs AVebstcr Bros have been instructed by Messrs Wallace and Wainhouse, of Auckland, to sell at Pennington's Hall. Inglewood, on Wednesday next, a large quantity of drapery and winter apparel, all seaconable goods.
