LABOR CONFERENCE.
i DAYLIGHT SAVIXO. - Sydney, April 14. The Labor Congress negatived a motion in favor of the'principal of the Daylight Saving Bill. The chief objection was that the Bill would be used as an excuse to lengthen the hours of lahor.
