Sydney, April 13, The Labor Congress, representing 100,000 workers, passed a resolution protesting against a change of venue lor Tom Mann's trial to Albury, and a deputation to interview the Premier was appointed. Mr. Bowling, the delegate from Newcastle miners, who inured the resolution, indicated that if the Premier did not do what they considered right,something else would lie done. He believed the only power workers hod to-day w»« that of paralysing industry. He had not advocated that, but if other means failed ther must trv the last resort.
