A WESTRALIAN STORM.
Perth, April 12. A severe storm occurred at Omdow on | the flth, news of which hire been delay-1 eil owing to un interruption of the telegraphic service. The storm raged for a whole day. much damage living done to property, including a large quantity of the goods (wharf. Two lighters, a lugger and a cutter went ashore, the last-nnnred liciug a complete wreck. The tramway was washed away in several places. Xo loss of life is reported, lint fears are entertained for the safety of nine pearling luggers which put to sea the night before the storm.
