KIA ORA v. TUKAPA It. A match was played on the Tukapa ground on Saturday afternoon, between the Kia and Tukapa juniors. The match was spoiled somewhat by the rain. There was a fair attendance of the public. As usual with Easter fixtures, the game was not particularly brilliant, and concerted movement was absent, kia Ora notched a- narrow victory by 11 points (a converted and an uiieomertel try, nnd a penalty goal) (o !l (three tries). Exeter and Hall scored for the winners, and Buchanan kicked boti goals. For Tukapa I). Webster scored two tries and X. Barker one. Mr. E, Koch was referee.
