Four alighted 011 French territory yesterday. . . . . , 'Hie aeronauts liad not aullicient funds to pav the duty, and the balloons were confiscated. Another balloon dropped near the Antwerp citadel. After a denial the aerouauts confessed they were fiernian officers.
