, A match was played yesterday oa the Recreation Sports Ground 'between teams representing town and country clubs, the former 'winning by 189 runs to 134. Hase.ll, for town, played a fine innings of 00, including seven fours and several threes. Humphries compiled a useful 25, and Robertson 23, Sout'hnll < 19, andi iPerham 14. The country's best '■ score was 49, lit by Fuller. T. Nicholls 13, Matthews 11, and Billing 11 were the other double-figure hitters. "Extras" came in handy .with 2D. Southall had the best bowling average with eight for 1 34, and Crombie took five for 50.
