Received April 7, 8.55 p.m. London, April 7. The Standard reports that tho decision of Austria to build three Dreadnoughts lias given great satisfaction at Uerlin. ;
The Germans declare that what the British overseas dominions arc doing for the liritish Empire, Austria-Hungary is doing for Germany.
