WAR VETERAN BCRNKD TO DKATII. Dunedin, April 7. Last night a four-roomed cottage at Waikouaiti was burned down. The remains of a man named Kattigan were found in the debris. Rattign'n, who was the sole occupant at the time, was a Maori war veteran.
