A tangled international romance, as sociated with the name of -Miss Helen Malouey, the daughter of the millionaire oil magnate, who is also a Papal marquis, ended, to tne intense surprise of her friends anil of the public, by the remarriage of the beautiful young heiress to Mr Arthur Herbert Osborne, a New York stockbroker.
