At the I'olice Court to-day, Joseph (irilliths, about 30 years of'agc, was charged that oil March 12 he feloniously killed and slew llcnjaiuiii C. .Mores. Sub-iiiispeetor llendry applied for a remand until Tuesday in order to allow for the completion of the inquest. Mr. London, who appeared for the accused, raised no objection, and the remand was grantod accordingly.
