Isvolsky's declaration to Baron AehrcnUuil regarding the lccogmtion of the annexation oi Bosnia and Herzegovina. Renter's Vienna correspondent states that Sir E. Grev intends to ask for the adjustment of the Austro-Servian difference before the Powers recognise the annexation. Baron Aehrenthul'a reply will be that these are two entirely distinct questions.
