WAGES BOARDS. London, March 23. Mr Winston Churchill, President of the Hoard of Trade, luu introduced it Bill to establish certain trade boards empowered to fix nr.u ftntorce a minimum standard of wages. The Bill is applicable to home and factory work and the Boards ara to be given full power in regard to inspection, detection and punishment. Labourites enthusiastically support the Bill which goes further than the Sweated Industries Bill of 1908.
