In granting the motion his Honor *aid he quite agreed with counsel as to th ( . desirability of having all the Judges present wheu the cast* came up. TTv would endeavor to expedite its hearing there. Counsel for plaintitfs are instructed by Messrs Parr and Hloomliehl. Auckland. Me>>rs. Martin Chapman. K. 0.. and 1). M. Findlay are retained for the defence.
