lIOKITIKA SESSIONS. By Telegraph.—Press Association. llokitika, Last Night. At the Supreme, Court to-day, before Mr. Justice Cooper, Annie AndeiHon, a boardinghouse keeper at Moana, wa= acquitted, on two charges of forgery, but- there is still another charge pending, Edward Kobsou was found not guilty on a charge oi breaking and entering at Burnett's Face, near Westport, iu Sep 'tember last.
GISBOI'vNE SESSIONS. Gisborne, Last Night. At the Supreme Court Justice Edwards delivered judgment in the case of Council v. the Gisborne Times Co., a claim foii£'27s damages for alleged libel, wrongful dismissal and money due. Plaintiff was nonsuited on all three counts, with costs according to scale. His Honor said .plaintiff completely misunderstood his rights, with the unfortunate consequence, but said nothing appeared in the trial to rellect on his character of preclude employment in his avocation.
