RAILWAY PORTER .KILLED. By Telegraph,—Press Association. Palineratoii N., Wednesday. Win. McGouaglc, a railway porter, who was injured at Marlon on Saturday night, died at the hospital last evening. Deceased was OH years of age, and a native of Londonderry, Ireland, lie had Jjcen in the, colony lor 117 I years and was a married man with one son. A YOUTH DROWNED. j Wellington, Last Night. The .police are advised that Eli Francis Hunt, aged 19 years, was drowned at Pongaroa yesterday. Deceased's mother resides at Akaroa. The body was recovered.
