The Natal Mercury reports that an agreement has lieen signed at Johannesburg wherein- the Lorenzo Marques railway and port will In* luken over by the British us part of the Union railway svstem|. Tile agreement provides for Delagoa Bay receiving 50 per cant, of the Transvaal import trade.
