BUST NAVAL CADET. London, March 7. 'Admiral Fawkes has presented Charles Arthur Campbell Russell with the King's medal for the best cadet during the term of training on the fruitier Cornwall. King Edward wrote; a special letter notifying his pleasure of the fact that Russell was an Australian.
