RUGBY UNION SUED. IS.v Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington, February 24. The Supreme Court was occupied in hearing a case in which Albert Sydney Watson was suing the New Zealand Rugby Union for £350 damages for alleged breach of contract in regard to the publishing of the programmes for the tour of the Anglo-Welsh footballers. Jt is claimed that Watson suffered a loss through a falling-oil' in the sales consequent upon a broadcast dissemination of information concerning teams, etc.. which should have been given to him exclusively. The case is proceeding.
