| THE NAME RESTORED. Received 24, D.45 p.m. Capetown, February 24. Ex -President Steyn, speaking at Wyndliurg. and referring to the South Alrlcan constitution, declared that Orangiau», perhaps from pride, abstained from making *i request, but the Convention unanimously agreed with Dr. Jameson's suggestion to restore to her. the title of "Orange Free State."
