THE YELLOW PERIL. Melbourne, February 23. Mr. Levien, the Victorian Government's commercial agent in East, states that a large syndicate exists in East Pnranose for transporting Chinese to Australia, landing them in the northern part of the continent for transference to other parts. The Commonwealth Minister or external Affairs is taking steps to prevent the invasion.
