I'ollowing is Captain Edwin's weather report to 3 p.nu to-morrow:—Sou-therly winxfe, strong to gale, on the East Coast southward! of E»st Cape, probably with rain, and also on the West Coast between Cape Egmont and Wanganui. Moderate to strong southerly winds everywhere else, aad rising barometer everywhere.
