Transfers of shares from Mr. A. F... Cowlev lo Mr. C.-o. lii-accgirilje. and from Mr. Wm. fieorge to Mr. Walter Ci'ool. were approved. It was re-olved to instill a Cooper's -kini-inilk weighting machine at the Dudlev road creamery. Provided flunk will permit, il was decided Ihat 11.1 per pound he paid for butler-fat for Pebruarv and March. Accounts amounting to £4588 (of which tIIOS was for milk) were passed for payment.
