CYCLONE IN NOUMEA.
SEVERAL VESSELS CAST ASHORE. SEVERE DAMAGE TO CROPS. Received l(i, 0.5 a.m. Sydney, February 15. The Hanto Herekino brings news from Noumea. During a cyplone the French ship Jollebte bumped on a jetty at Tcliio and foundered. All hands were landed safely. i The Jollette had 300 ton.-, of nickel ore aboard. The Nickel Company's aerial transporter at Tchio, which was only recently erected at a cost of four milion francs, was demolished. Several vessels were least ashore. The maize and coffee crops were greatly damaged by tin heavy rains.
