RK-ARItAXGEMEXT OF THE FLEETS Received 15, 10.30 p.m. London, February 15. Lord Bercsford vacates .the command of tho Channel Fleet on March 24th, when the ships of the Edward VII. class will be formed into the second division of Admiral Sir William May's Home Fleet under Sir Berkeley Milne.
ADMIRAL BERESFOHD'S TRANSFERENCE. Received 15, 11.56 p.m. London, February 15. The Standard protests against Admiral Bcresford's transference on half pay while a year of his command is outstanding, particularly as the constitution of the maim fleet in home waters was the very principle Lord Bcresford had been advocating.
